Your main objective is to provide the city with electricity. It's very important to connect all of the houses to the grid. It's more of a puzzle game than a city building one like Sim City, so don't expect any solid building experience, but rather a pretty good mental stimulation. You'll have to think your way through this one, since one mistake can lead to you having to disassemble the whole grid.
