Protect your treasure. Since your find yourself in a post-apocalyptic world, you have to defend your territory as best you can. The enemy will be almost unstoppable and will try to destroy you. You mustn't let this happen. Just defeat everyone attacking you. Create new defense towers and they will take care of every enemy coming to attack you.
