Data retention periods

Unless there is a justified legal reason to retain the data, your profile and personal information will be deleted automatically if you fail to visit our website during a consecutive period of two (2) years.

Children's privacy

GAM does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 globally, or under the age of 15 in the case of residents of the Czech Republic (and up to 16 in other EEA member states) without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child below the legally prescribed age limit without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you have not reached the legal age to give consent to data processing in your country, please do not create an account or provide us with personal data.
