Sprunki Kuru Treatment is a dark and eerie experimental Sprunki mod that transforms the familiar rhythm-based gameplay into a disturbing psychological journey. Unlike typical bright and cheerful Sprunki versions, this mod pulls players into a decaying world where every sound and image feels infected and unstable. Inspired by the mysterious condition “Kuru,” it recreates that unsettling sensation through distorted audio, glitching visuals, and haunting melodies that crumble as they play. Each rhythm pulse feels like a descent into chaos, reflecting the breakdown of sound and sanity. Sprunki Kuru Treatment challenges players to experience creativity through fear, confusion, and atmospheric tension, making it one of the most haunting Sprunki mods yet.
