3D card? I don't know what the 3D card is but I think I do know it is unity web, but putting it in the computer... Do you mean the desktop? because you didn't explain it very clearly that I could understand. Probably reply back telling me how to put it in the computer.
I'm having the same problem that gameflareDICE is having. I've tried restarting my computer, I've tried to play this on another browser but NOTHING. I'm starting to think that unity web is broken for the computer I'm using.
