Animal Hospital: Online is a multiplayer Roblox-style survival horror game where you take on the role of a veterinary worker during a mysterious night shift. Treat injured pets, examine unusual patients, and work together with other players—but stay alert, because not every animal in the hospital is what it appears to be.
Some patients may be infected by terrifying anomalies that remain hidden until you investigate them with specialized equipment. Use photo cameras, security cameras, and other tools to uncover strange phenomena before they become a threat. If an anomaly reveals its true form, you may need to fight back using the weapons available to your team.
Choose your role and contribute to the hospital’s survival. Play as a surgeon, nurse, security guard, or other specialized character, each with different responsibilities and abilities. Communicate through the in-game chat, coordinate with teammates, and help each other survive the increasingly dangerous night shifts.
