Human Expenditure Program (BloodMoney 2) is a darkly comedic, interactive simulation game where you take full control of Harvey Harvington—a fully sentient digital human—now your very own virtual pet. Feed him, play with him, care for him… and try to forget what you did. As Harvey’s new “owner,” you’ll earn money for keeping him happy—but beneath the surface, a troubling secret lurks.
With a mix of twisted humor and unsettling emotional depth, this game challenges your morality while delivering chaotic fun. Experience TWO branching endings, play five unique minigames, and wrestle with the emotional weight of control over a digital life that feels far too real.
Will Harvey remember? Will you care if he does?
Funny, disturbing, and surprisingly heartfelt, Human Expenditure Program (BloodMoney 2) is a one-of-a-kind narrative experience for fans of satire, simulation, and ethical discomfort.
