Keep the customers of your hotel happy. Watch the symbols and fulfill all their wishes. First you put them in their rooms and then you can, for example, call a cleaning lady if they need her. They can also sit at the table and want a drink. Or something will need to be fixed. You simply have to fulfill all their wishes so that they are satisfied and your hotel is rated as best as possible.
