Sprunki Asylum Treatment is a dark psychological horror mod inspired by the popular fan-made Sprunki universe. In this disturbing reinterpretation, the colorful music stage is replaced by a decaying mental asylum where the once cheerful characters are now patients trapped in a mysterious institution.
Players still create music by combining characters and sound loops, but the atmosphere is completely transformed. Cold padded rooms, flickering lights, and eerie ambient effects replace the vibrant visuals of the original experience. Each patient produces distorted beats, broken melodies, and unsettling vocal sounds that reflect the effects of strange experimental “treatments.”
As you mix sounds and unlock hidden combinations, the game gradually reveals fragments of a haunting story. Secret files and gallery entries hint at unethical experiments, mysterious doctors, and the psychological trauma suffered by the characters.
