The HQ gave you a new mission. Read all the available intel and get to it. Pay attention to detail, since there's no room for error. Your objective is to eliminate multiple cartel bosses, mafia members or other such devils on Earth that are spoiling the country. Try to complete the missions as quickly as possible and try to not waste any ammo, because you'll need a lot of it. Be sneaky and avoid being seen.
