Animal Hospital 3D Sandbox is a chaotic 3D physics playground where creativity, experimentation, and destruction collide in a cube-shaped open world. With no fixed missions or objectives, you decide what happens next: build houses, arenas, ramps, traps, and bizarre contraptions, then smash them apart and watch realistic physics take over.
Your main tool is a powerful gravity gun that can grab blocks, objects, characters, and even cars, allowing you to move, tear apart, or launch almost anything around the map. When construction gets boring, bring out the rifle, shotgun, dynamite, or explosive barrels and turn your creations into spectacular wreckage.
The sandbox is filled with interactive characters that wander, talk, sit, drive vehicles, and react to your actions. Friendly NPCs can become frightened or angry, while hostile characters chase and shoot back. Five vehicles—including a jeep, van, police car with siren, muscle car, and supercar—add another layer of driving, drifting, stunts, and mayhem.
