Replyif you respawned and you can't shoot just pick up any weapon on the ground switch to primary
after that you can now shoot with both the primary and the secondary weapon

If you pick a weapon on the ground ang it deaosn't shoot just switch to your primary weapon (shoot ones) then switch to secondary

Sometimes when shooting the the cursor is locked and so the aiming is like locked behind the character
