You have the option to build more and more floors where you can place individual shops and services. You have to do everything in your power to ensure that your customers return. Place your shops farther apart, so that the customers have the chance to breath in some fresh air. In the lower right corner you can see the popularity of your mall. The higher, the better. The day/night cycle is of course active.
