Humans, dwarves and elves work together and form an alliance to prevent the orcs, who had conquered the kingdom of Azeroth, from conquering their realms as well. WarCraft II: Tides of Darkness is a sequel to WarCraft: Orcs & Humans and brings various new features. Fighting will take place on land but also in the air and on the sea. Up to eight players can play together and they can create their own scenarios thanks to the scenario editor that is available. To use the editor you will need Windows 3.1.

ReplyI am not entirely sure what you did with the sound, but I know for a fact that tides of darkness did not have a 16 bit soundtrack. There are youtube videos that show more crisp and cleaner sound than this. it ruins the experience of playing an old favorite.
It is 16-bit because this is the DOS version.
