In this game, the hero has a dream in which a black jaguar says that he is the servant of the Inca king and that the Inca people fight malaria and the European invaders. The jaguar wants to take the player to the past where he or she will have to find the cinchona plant and bring it to the king. This game brings simulation and adventure elements and is similar to other games of the Trail series. The players will have to survive a difficult and dangerous journey, plan every stap of the way, think about the supplies and navigate a boat on the Amazon river.
