Billy and Jimmy Lee are twin brothers and masters of the Sou-Setsu-Ken fighting style. They find themselves in the streets of post-apocalyptic New York and teach self-defence to a few students in their own school. Billy's girlfriend is kidnapped by a dangerous gang. Black Warriors, as the gang members call themselves want to know the Lee brothers’ martial art secrets in order to let the lovely Marian go. But the brothers will do anything but give in to the terms of the villains. They pursue the gang through the streets and industrial areas and fight in any way they can. You can call yourself a winner if you are the last one standing after the fight.
